01.00 : Purpose of This Guide This guide aims to clarify the requirements and procedures of the services provided by the Ministry of Investment to enhance efficiency and ensure high -quality service execution for clients. It also serves as a reference for all Ministry employees, clients, and relevant entities, promoting transparency, clarity, and standardization of service procedures.
02.00 : Introduction to Investment Registration in the Kingdom The procedures for registering new investments in the Kingdom and making amendments are based on solid foundations and objective criteria. These procedures aim to attract and empower serious investments that positively contribute to national ec onomic growth and sustainable development, including: Development of Saudi human resources Technology transfer and localization Enhancing economic competitiveness in Diversification of income sources local and global markets Balanced regional development.
